Artist residence Hellahuone has a private entrance at one end of Tavis inn. This room is used as the artist in residence apartment. The apartment consists of a bedroom and a combined living room and kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, dishes and a wooden stove as well as a toilet, bathroom and private terrace. There is also garden furniture and space to park a car on the yard. The property offers a lakeside view and a view of the Olavinlinna Castle.

The facilities are available for 1-3 months. Price 790 € / month / person, including fresh bed linen and towels once a week. Separate agreements should be made concerning the hire and costs of workrooms. Payments in advance.
